Every rider will have a genuine Himalayan treat on this incredible motorbike tour of India during the Golden Autumn of North India. We ride more than 3000 meters and take in the most stunning views of snow-capped sacred mountain giants as we pass through the most picturesque passes in the Himalayan foothills of Himachal Pradesh. "Land of the Gods" is how Himachal Pradesh is named. The Hindu gods are said to have settled in this area because of its breathtaking lush forests, undulating mountains, river valleys, and meandering roadways.

Arrive Delhi Airport- Code DEL
Arrive New Delhi airport where you will meet our representative with warm welcome & he will assist you to the hotel for the smooth check in. Have rest & shower after long journey. Later we can visit historical monument if time permits. This is the day when you meet other participants of the tour. Adventure begins with the briefing in the evening.
Delhi to Narkanda (Morning train & 4 Hrs Ride) Alt. 2700 M
After breakfast, we catch our train from New Delhi station for Kalka (Footsteps of the Himalaya). Later you will be introduced to the motorcycle & necessary information given for the riding in mountains & other rules of the tour. Today we ride to Narkanda, a small hill station at 2700 meters. We cross small villages like Kufri, Fagu & others scenic villages. Views of the lower Himalaya are amazing.
Narkanda to Manali (200 Km/ 6-7 Hrs Ride) Alt. 2050 M
After breakfast, we head towards to Manali & we cross our first lower pass called Jalori pass at 3200 meters from here you can see an amazing view of the Himalaya & snow clad mountains if weather is clear. We ride along with some of the scenic Himalayan villages in mountains with apple orchards. We have stop to enjoy Indian Chai/coffee in remote village of Himachal Pradesh.
Manali
We have half day excursion of the Manali sightseeing by visiting unique & locally important Hadimba temple, Old Manali. We can also visit Nagar castle, now converted into hotel still have local architecture of mountains & view is breathtaking from the balcon.
Manali to Sissu (60 km/ 2 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 3120 M
Today we have next level of adventure as first we cross longest high altitude tunnel called Atal Tunnel at 3048 meters & enter in Lahul & Spiti Valley. Sissu is the first village when we exit from the tunnel towards Leh road. Today we stay at 3120 meters altitude. Evening at disposal to walk through village & just enjoy the view of the Himalaya.
Sissu to Losar (110 Km/ 4-5 Hrs Ride) Alt. 4090 M
Once we take turn for the Losar from Leh - Manali road, road conditions change from smooth road to rough road. This 80 Km road is full of adventure we gets many water crossings & off road. Views change as head up to Kunzum pass at 4551 meters. We take some pictures at the top & heads down to Losar. Still roads conditions are pretty rough & enjoyable the scenery. Stay at Losar at 4090 Meters in a local homestay in village near Spiti River.
Losar to Kibber (60 Km/ 2-3 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 4270 M
Today we are heading to Kibber along with Spiti River & pass some beautiful village. We enjoy Chicham Bridge which connects near villages called Kibber & Chicham. Later we visit Key Monastery which is another worth to visit for the monastery & the view from there. We stay in Kibber village in local homestay.
Kibber to Mud (80 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 3810 M
After breakfast in traditional settings in homestay, we head to Mud in Pin Valley. This is last village in Pin Valley & offers awesome view of the mighty Himalayas. Mud is located at 3810 meters & so peaceful with few houses & slowly gaining importance in tourism in Spiti Valley. We stay at homestay at 3810 meters. Evening at your disposal to walk in the village & just enjoy incredible view of the homestay.
Mud to Tabo (75 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 3280 M
We ride back to same route for 30 kms & head towards Tabo by crossing few police check post due to close Indo-China border. Tabo is a small village near Spiti Valley River. Tabo is the home of some of the oldest monasteries in India. Tabo monastery has some very old paintings. If you like hiking in mountains then you can visit caves near the guest house from here you can have birds’s eye view of the Tabo village. Stay in Guest House.
Tabo to Kalpa (170 Km/ 5-6 Hrs Ride)- Alt. 2960 M
After breakfast in guest house, we ride towards Kalpa & we exit Spiti Valley & slowly we head to green valley of the Himalaya Mountain. We cross some of the beautiful villages along with Spiti River & Satluj River. We stop of the point where Spiti River merges into Satluj River at khab. Later we ride to Kalpa from here you can see Mount Kinnaur Kailash with summit at 6000 meters. Stay at Kalpa with spectacular view of the mountains.
Kalpa to Sarahan (100 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 2300 M
Today our most of the ride is along with Satluj River. Now we ride in lower altitude & in green valley of the Himalaya. We stop few times for the Indian Chai/coffee & lots of photos of the scenery & mountains. We can experience now little warm & humid weather in lower Himalaya. Arrive at Sarahan, home of the apple orchards & famous temple of Bhimakali Temple (A traditional wood & Stone temple). Experience unique architecture from mountains visiting temple in the evening & a short walk to nearby market is good option.
Sarahan to Theog (135 km/ 4-5 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 2310 M
After breakfast at hotel, we start our motorcycle & head towards a small hill station. Today we again ride along with Sutluj River & cross beautiful villages surrounded by apple orchards farms. We stop some place to enjoy incredible scenery of the lower Himalaya & enjoy Tea/coffee at local shop on roadside. We cross famous hill station of Narkanda where weather makes ride more enjoyable at 2700 meters & later we head down to our place for night stay.
Theog to Barkot (195 Km/ 6-7 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 1220 M
Today we are going to enter another mountainous state of India called Uttarakhand, known for its beautiful hill stations, temples, foods & countless bends. Now we mostly ride lower elevation in lower Himalaya region of Uttarakhand. We are sure you would like ride here as traffic conditions are much better than Himachal Pradesh & we expect good roads. Night stay at Barkot near Yamuna River.
Barkot to Chamba (150 Km/ 4-5 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 1524 M
Today we head to Chamba & enjoy amazing ride through Tehri dam reservoir. This reservoir makes a big lake in Himalaya and some of the largest dam in India. Arrive at Chamba & enjoy a short walk through village & have some chat with locals.
Chamba to Chopta (200 Km/ 6-7 Hrs Ride)- Alt. 2608 M
We are going to ride high again in the end of today’s ride as Chopta situated at 2600 meters & offers awesome view of the Himalaya. Chopta is also entry gate to highest Lord Shiva temple in the world. Here we stay in camp & enjoy quality time with some activities offered by camps.
Chopta
Today we have relaxed day as today is no ride. You have option to trek to temple which is 6-7 kms both ways with easy trek conditions. You can also enjoy relaxed day in camp with spectacular view of the surroundings.
Chopta to Karanprayag (90 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 860 M
Today we have short ride to Karanprayag where 2 rivers meet. The two rivers are called Pinder River & Alakananda River. We cross some small market area on the road & many places we enjoy view of the following river. Night stay at Karanprayag.
Karanprayag to Kausani (110 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 1890 M
After breakfast we head to Kausani & route is so amazing that you would like to stop every corner of the road. First we ride along with Pinder River& climb elevation slowly to 2000 meters & later head down to Baijnath where we visit ancient Hindu temple of Baijnath. Later we ride to Kausani, a small but very beautiful hill station in the Himalaya. If weather is clear, we can see a long range of snow clad range from the Kausani. Night stay in Kausani.
Kausani to Binsar (100 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 2420 M
After breakfast in Kausani we head first to Someshwar valley where view of the valley is just wow. This is some of amazing ride in lower Himalaya where elevation is lower but views are just amazing. We cross big town called Almora & later ride to Binsar. We stop few times to enjoy tea/coffee & of course lots of photos of the views & many interesting things in route. Arrive at Binsar & enjoy a short walk to the jungle guided by locals.
Binsar to Mukteshwar (80 Km/ 3 Hrs Ride) - Alt. 2171 M
Today we ride towards Mukteshwar. First we visit a group of temples in Jageshwar. The place is just amazing and so peaceful surrounded by Deodar tress. We have big break at the temple where you can experience local market of the temple & can enjoy local food there. Later ride to Mukteshwar.
Mukteshwar to Corbett National Park (130 Km/ 3-4 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast we ride to plain area of the Corbett, a home of the Tigers. Corbett National park is a tiger reserve national park where more than 200 tigers lives & hunts. After arriving in Corbett, check into the hotel & enjoy swimming pool as temperature ride in the plain area. Later we go for jungle safari if we got permission by Forest rangers.
Corbett National Park to Delhi (By Train)
Enjoy breakfast & swimming in the hotel, later we proceed to railway station to catch our train to Delhi. Our incredible motorcycle to Spiti Valley & Uttarakhand finishes with lots of sweet memories along with pictures & videos of the tour. Enjoy train journey to Delhi which takes around 6 hours. Arrive in Delhi & check into the hotel.
Departure to Home
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi International airport for your onward flight to home. We hope you enjoy our incredible motorcycle tour with us. Looking forward to another adventure in India.

Weather/Temperature
Our most Himalayan tours start and end in New Delhi where the temperature can go up to 38-42°C in July/August & September with humidity.
Temperature also varies in Himalayas & low altitude can get up to 30°C. However, they can fall below freezing at high altitudes in the mornings and during the nights.

Please keep in mind that you need to be reasonably fit to participate in our tours.
IMPORTANT: Applicants are advised against participating in any Himalayan tours if they suffer from severe asthma, muscular disorders, respiratory or heart disorders, or any medical precondition which might be detrimental to the health of the participant on a tour which involves spending nights in high altitudes.
Please consult a doctor before booking a Himalayan tour specially High Himalayas over average riding on 4000 meters altitude.
Food & beverages
When travelling through India it is advised to carry your own drinking water that has been obtained from a reliable source (RO/UV water filter) or always drink branded mineral/packaged water.
Water for drinking, brushing teeth or making ice should first be boiled or otherwise always use packed water.
Hygiene
Popular tourist restaurants and hotels will have clean facilities for you to use.
Communication
Most of the places we have communications in terms of internet (Wi-Fi), & calling facilities but still there are many places with no communications in high Himalayas in remote region but no worries talk to us we have good stories to tell you about riding, India & share yours with us.
