TOUR BOOKING FORM

You agree to these terms and conditions by signing the tour booking form, which serves as a legally binding agreement Motorbike Tour India. The signed confirmation of Motorbike Tour India completes the travel deal.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

A 500 GBP deposit is needed after the booking reconfirmation is received. The remaining amount must be paid 15 days before to the commencement of the tour, or it can be paid in cash.

WHAT'S INCLUDED AND WHAT'S NOT

• Accommodation in clean Heritage Palaces & Forts with all modern amenities.
• All airport transfers by  taxi in India
• With the exception of our tent camps in the Himalayas, all hotel accommodations consist of double rooms with bathroom.
• latest-model Enfield Bullet 500cc motorcycle with gearshift on the left, (GBP 350 deductible), disk brake, touring gear and saddle bags
• Accompanying Enfield mechanic
• A guaranteed seat in our backup jeep for all passengers.
• All meals without drinks (alcoholic beverages not included) during the tour; breakfast only in Rajasthan, South India, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
• Warm-up tour with the bike (introduction to Enfield handling and the basics of riding in India)
• Experienced, English-speaking  Road Captains throughout the tour
• Support by highly-skilled Indian motorcycle mechanics, luggage and spare part transport in the back up jeep.
• Road and bridge tolls, all special road, bridge and travel fees, inner border line permits, etc.
• Fuel and oil throughout all tours.
• First-aid kit in jeep, including a basic selection of essential medical supplies.
• "Farewell Dinner with cocktail"

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

The 500 GBP deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge in the event of a cancellation.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of our tour. It is required to have sufficient health, travel, and accident insurance in order to take part in the excursions.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

The services included in the tour description must be provided by Motorbike Tour India in accordance with local standards and an accurate description of the services provided. Motorbike Tour India carefully chooses and regularly inspects its contractors, which include lodging facilities, etc.

NOTIFICATION NOTICE

It is especially required of the visitor to notify the tour guide of any grievances right away. The claim for a reduction is denied if the guest fails to disclose any faults. Within a month, written claims must be sent to Motorbike Tour India.

GENERAL

The ineffectiveness of a single clause does not imply the ineffectiveness of the entire agreement. The Terms & Conditions are no different. You agree to these terms and conditions for yourself and all other parties listed on the booking form by signing it. This is a legally binding agreement. Motorbike Tour India has the right to make any and all corrections to this website's inaccuracies, including calculations.
